Unzip Lear45_T.zip then use Lear45_T.bmp to replace the file of the same name in fs2004/aircraft/lear45/texture
(Back up your original Lear45_T.bmp file if you wish to restore the original aircraft later. Lear45_T.bmp is an extended bitmap format and is only viewable within the flight simulator.)
